Entrants must be a subscriber to Pagoda Ridge's email newsletter list at the time of draw to be eligible to win. II-Promotion Period This contest will run for 30 days, starting at 12:00am Pacific Time (PT) on March 1,2012 and ending at 11:59 p.m. (PT) on June 30,2012. One entry per email subscriber. Any suspected duplicate entries may be disregarded at the discretion of Pagoda Ridge Golf Course. There will only be one winner, who will be chosen by the Administrator of this contest. III-How to Enter To enter the contest, during the promotion period individuals must visit www.pagodaridge.ca/win-green-fees-for-four-contest ("contest website") and fill out the entry form to stand a chance to win green fees for four people. Multiple entries will not increase your chance of winning. The user must be an email subscriber of "pagoda ridge" in order to enter the contest and fulfill eligibility requirements at the time of random selection. IV-Winner Selection Pagoda Ridge Golf Course (the Administrator of this contest) will select one (1) winner at the end of the contest (July 1st, 2012). The winners will be notified via the email they provided. V- Privacy Pagoda Ridge Golf Course will not share or sell your personal information in any way. VI-Limitations of Liability and Release No responsibility or liability is assumed by the Promotion Parties for technical problems or technical malfunction arising in connection with any of the following occurrences, without limitation, that may affect the operation of the Promotion: hardware or software errors; faulty computer, telephone, cable, satellite, network, electronic, wireless or Internet connectivity or other online communication problems; errors or limitations of any Internet service providers, servers, hosts or providers; garbled, jumbled or faulty data transmissions; failure of any e-mail transmissions to be sent to or received; lost, late, delayed or intercepted e-mail transmissions; traffic congestion on the Internet or Web Site; unauthorized human or non-human intervention of the operation of the Promotion, including without limitation, unauthorized tampering, hacking, theft, virus, bug, worm; or destruction of any aspect of the Promotion.
